Howdy everybody. Lately you've probably noticed some illustrations that are titled with "Revivified" before the name of them. That is because I am here to finally elaborate on that.

I am actually writing a book! As of right now, I can't say for certain when it'll be complete, but I am currently on chapter 3! I started conceiving the plot and timeline it at the beginning of the year and officially began writing the first draft midway through April.

Revivified is a horror story with a "Wes Craven's New Nightmare," premise that sees the struggling character artist, Niko, facing the troubles of trying to get accepted into college, only for his failures to result in him accidentally releasing an evil threat from an artifact gifted to him that go out to attack him and his closest friends. The supernatural threats attacking them are evil entities who are taking on the appearance of Niko's characters, effectively bringing them into the real world as mutilated, blighted doppelgangers.

Wronged of the chance to follow his destined career once again, concept artist and character designer Niko Myers struggles to achieve an equilibrium in his art and the passion he engrossed into it but after one turmoiled episode that ended with him throwing in the towel, his work is given one more chance to breathe in a new light. Though he will be soon educated, that desire for a dream can mangle itself into a supernatural nightmare.

An ancient evil has awoken and they favor his imagination. A scornful force plagued by rooted desires are using his creations as a gateway into the real world and they are here to feed off of the blood and wilting passion of the discouraged artist and those involved. Blighted by vegetation and an otherworldly malice; they have been revivified. All of them, except for one.

Here's some basic information regarding the story and I hope you guys will enjoy it when I eventually publish it! My goal was to finish writing it this year and potentially publish it either later in the year or next year.

• The story will be entirely self contained. No ending cliffhangers.
• At the moment, it is estimated to be 300-500 pages long.
• The book will contain illustrations, either ones I've already made or brand new ones made exclusively for it.
• The story will contain horror elements and dodgy tension to make the reader uneasy and uncomfortable.
• The story will have adult topics, jokes, language, and themes.
• It is unclear how many chapters it will have at the moment. Estimate is maybe 20.
• The story will be told in the 3rd person from Niko with occasional narration from RJ's perspective as well.
